These short terms explain the difference between the open-source software and this informational website.
The Astral Orchestrator software is made available under the MIT License. That software license governs use, copying, modification, and distribution of the repository code. This website is an informational project site; it does not create a separate software license or a hosted service agreement.
Use at your own risk. The software and website are provided as is, without a warranty of any kind. In plain language: check whether a command, generated change, or workflow is suitable for your situation before relying on it.
You are responsible for reviewing commands and permissions before you run them, protecting your own accounts and project data, and getting any approvals your workplace or project requires. Be especially careful with credentials, production systems, private data, publishing, payments, and irreversible actions.
When using Morph, you are also responsible for confirming that the selected worker provider may process the bounded packet, including any external-provider terms or workplace restrictions. Do not assume every provider has native effort semantics or that every host supports multi-agent orchestration.
Astral Orchestrator is an independent open-source project operated by JOHN PAUL FURIGAY FUSIN. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI. References to Codex, OpenAI, Vercel, GitHub, or other services describe compatible tools or hosting only.
These terms are dated 2026-08-03. If the project changes these terms materially, the update will appear on this page.
